Duration

Work experience

Work experience will be provided to students who successfully completed the undertaken course. The work experience will be undertaken in a real estate office under the supervision of a licensee in charge. Students will be exposed to real life scenarios of the day to day running of a real estate office

For the students expressing an ambition to operate their own real estate business practical training and legislative guidance will be provided for solid foundation and a window of opportunity for students to run an office as a licensee in charge.

Job references

Students will be assessed by the licensee in charge providing noting strengths and weaknesses and evaluating the best job role for each student.

Based on the performance evaluation a job applicant reference/summary of the student’s strong points will be provided to any future employers in the real estate industry on a letter head of the business delivering the practical experience.

Personal references

The licensee in charge providing the job experience will be open to any questions from potential employers about students applying for a job interview.
